We act as a comparison and referral service and are not a utility or telecommunications provider.
4. Bill Upload & Data Handling
When you upload a bill, you grant us permission to process the information contained within it solely for the purpose of analysing your usage and providing personalised recommendations. We handle all uploaded documents and extracted data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any bills you upload belong to you or that you have proper authorisation to share them.
5. Recommendations & Referral Fees
Our recommendations are generated based on your actual usage data and current market offerings. While we may earn referral fees or commissions from partner providers when you switch through our Service, these payments never influence the ranking or selection of recommended plans. Every recommendation is based on what we believe is the best deal for you.
6. No Guarantee of Savings
While we strive to find better deals, we do not guarantee that using our Service will result in cost savings. Market prices, promotional offers, and individual circumstances vary. 7. Switching Assistance
If you choose to proceed with a switch, our representatives may guide you through the process. However, the final contractual relationship is between you and the chosen provider. We are not a party to any service agreement you enter into with a third-party provider and bear no liability for the performance of their services.
